Zoë Paliare is a litigator turned business and leadership coach + consultant, entrepreneur and speaker.  She is Co-Founder of trove, a holistic wellness sanctuary in the heart of Toronto, created to help busy professionals and leaders find true rest, renewal, and healing. She is also a franchise partner/owner of one successful WAXON Laser + Waxbar (+ 1 exited), which has provided her with deep operating experience in the beauty and wellness space.

Zoë practiced as a trial lawyer at an international full-service firm, in-house in securities litigation at a Canadian big five bank, and at a litigation boutique before transitioning to coaching and entrepreneurship.

She has overseen learning + development and associate performance at a Canadian national law firm, and also served as Head of Practice at Bright Ventures, where she led the organization’s coaching and strategic advisory practice, and portfolio company founder support.
