Kevin Jardine

Dr. Kevin Jardine is a chiropractor, an entrepreneur, and the founder behind The Urban Athlete — one of Toronto's most respected multidisciplinary health and performance clinics. With certifications spanning Active Release Techniques, medical acupuncture, and strength and conditioning, Kevin has spent his career working at the intersection of sports therapy, rehabilitation, and human performance, treating and consulting with some of the world's top athletes and professional sports teams. He started his career focused on exercise science and understanding the physiology of how the body functions, then continued his education receiving a doctorate in chiropractic to understand what happens when the body breaks down — giving him a rare and comprehensive lens on what it actually takes to build a body that lasts.

Through The Urban Athlete, Kevin founded a Toronto-based multidisciplinary clinic with more than 20 different healthcare professionals all working together for the benefit of the patient. He is also the original creator of SpiderTech, a science-driven pre-cut kinesiology tape designed to support physical health and rehabilitation, and co-founder of Crossfuel, a sports nutrition supplement line utilizing all-natural ingredients designed for athletes focused on performance enhancement. His latest venture, Feeling Pretty Remarkable, brings his philosophy of longevity and human performance to everyday people who want to feel their best at every age.

Beyond his work as a clinician and entrepreneur, Kevin is deeply passionate about the idea that the best form of healthcare is caring for your own health — and that longevity isn't a luxury, it's a decision. As a podcast guest, he brings decades of expertise, genuine warmth, and the kind of practical wisdom that makes you want to completely rethink how you're treating your body. He shares the real story of what it took to build something meaningful in the health space, the lessons that only come with time, and why investing in yourself is always the highest return.
